Old Southern Woodworks is the passion of owner Perry Sauls.  Blessed with skilled hands and a creative vision, Perry is able to take aged wood and breathe new life and purpose into each creation.  Perry’s love of the craftsmanship of years gone by renews his belief that wood is ageless and adds character to any space.

Perry claims to be a termite at heart and loses all track of time while in his workshop.  This proves the saying, “That if you love your job, you will never work a day”. 

Born and raised in the south, where the pace of life is a little more relaxed, Perry takes pleasure in watching all of God’s handy work around him.  From the clouds in the sky, the birds and squirrels, to the beauty of flowers and trees; all have a natural beauty that should be shared. He hopes to share the beauty of natural wood with you.
